10 ways to practice self love


1. Forgive yourself

Self forgiveness is on of the toughest thing someone can ever
experience. You need to be more courageous to forgive yourself
the most important thing in this process is to let go, 
you need to let go of all the feelings that is associated
with your past, acknowledge the mistake you have done and move on
promising not to repeat those mistake again intentionally. focus on
your emotion and allow yourself to understand your feelings.

2. Focus on Positive

Staying Positive helps to do much more than you can ever imagine, 
Writing daily journal can help you to stay positive, listening to good music
reading some good books, helping the one in need are the most effective 
way of staying positive.
and the most important engage yourself, when you stay free you mind 
generally occupied with all the negative and illogical thoughts.

3.Be honest with Yourself
To be Honest with yourself you need to acknowledge both the good
and the Bad, When you do any mistake willingly or unwillingly don't
try to manipulate yourself, admit the mistake you have done. the same
way when you do something good, do appreciate yourself without any fear or hesitation

4.Surround yourself with good Company

Your friend circle plays a very important role in your life, so, choose friends wisely
and surround yourself with good people, people who motivates you, inspire you,
help you to grow, surround yourself with them

5. Try Not to compare

Do not Compare yourself with others, comparing yourself with other is one of
the root cause of unhappiness. Compete with yourself, not with others.
Realize that no one is perfect so do you. Remember everyone is with different and unique
potential, you should work according to your potential and purpose,
you need to stop mimicking others.

6. Take care Of your Body.

Taking care of Your Body and mind is one of the most important aspect
of self love. You need to Eat healthy and maintain a healthy diet
for your good health, Good and healthy diet energized you to work 
more efficiently, eat more green vegetables.

7.Be open to Change

Life is unpredictable, full of mysteries and surprises. Life always brings spontaneous
changes to us and thus many times we do tremble and confuses with our purpose
We should always be open to Changes, many times we aren't ready for change but we 
shouldn't back out and scared, we should face the nuisance  and then life will teach us
something new, something extraordinary.

8.Seek out inspiration

You should always be ready to seek and get inspiration. Seek inspiration from the one who
has been through or have more experience than you. Get inspired from the success and failure.

9.Meditate

Meditation is the best way to Practice Self love and self worth. It helps
you to relieve stress and anxiety, increase blood flow, controls your thoughts
and reduce Stress.

10. Maintain Good Sleep Cycle

Good Sleep is helpful for your mind as well as body. To develope a good sleep you need to
follow some basic steps..
  1. Maintain constant sleep and Wake up time
  2. Exercise Regularly
  3. Keep you bed room dark and Quit
  4. Don't go to bed with full or empty Stomach
  5. Use Comfortable Cloths for Sleep
  6. Use your bed only to Sleep
  7. Avoid Cell Phone, Caffeine before bed
